I believe that soft skills are your most valuable asset - making you unique.

Growing up on the gusty shoreline of the Baltic Sea, I learned to be action-oriented - proactively engaging with the problem at hand. In 2019, I made a deliberate decision to study abroad and moved to the United Kingdom, setting myself on an international career path. My time in the Coventry Univeristy reinforced the proactive mindset and taught me a lasting knowledge: persistent, high-quality effort speaks for itself across borders.

In 2024, I settled in Austria. New country, new culture, new industry. But the skills that served me up till then remained just as relevant, strengthening my core abilities. But it has not happened by accident. I fuel it with intentional choices:

• Open-minded - Two questions repeatedly occupy my mind: What more can be done? How else can it be done?
• Growth-minded - I do not dwell on failures and setbacks; I reflect on them and carry the lessons forward.
• Quality-driven - Whatever the task, I give it my best. Cutting corners just is not in me.
• Evidence-based - I ground my decisions and opinion in facts, figures, and data - not in emotions.

I look ahead for the next chapter, bringing with me that same mentality.
